Nooob is a decentralized prediction market platform that allows users to: • Create and participate in prediction markets • Trade on the outcomes of real-world events • Earn rewards based on accurate predictions The Platform operates on blockchain technology and utilizes smart contracts for market mechanics, settlement, and payouts.

As a user of the Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when required • Maintain the security of your wallet and credentials • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes • Not engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities • Not attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations You are solely responsible for your actions on the Platform and any consequences thereof.

You acknowledge and accept that: • Prediction markets involve financial risk, and you may lose your entire stake • Past performance does not guarantee future results • Market outcomes depend on real-world events beyond our control • Blockchain transactions are irreversible • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities • The Platform may experience downtime or technical issues WE PROVIDE THE PLATFORM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Nooob and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not: • Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing • Engage in wash trading or other market manipulation • Use bots or automated systems to gain unfair advantages • Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the Platform • Impersonate others or provide false information • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Use the Platform if you are a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nooob SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or digital assets • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform • Actions of third parties or other users • Smart contract failures or blockchain network issues Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nooob, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Your violation of applicable laws

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease • You remain responsible for all activities conducted prior to termination • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
